Welcome to my page!
I am a fully trained Reflexologist, and completed my training In Reflexology in the UK and have been working for over 10 years in this field.
Being a mother of 2 children, I know how busy life can be, and how incredibly important it is to find that balance. I have always incorporated holistic therapies within my life, and Reflexology has been a huge part of my way of de-stressing, along with helping me through both pregnancies and then Menopause!
I am also a certified Aromatherapist and using essential oils within my work plays a big part in the treatment I give my clients.
I believe Reflexology works wonderfully along with Western medicine, and my work assisting clients going through IVF /IUI has been a testimonial to that.
I am very passionate about women's health and making sure women are heard and educated on knowing their own bodies and how amazing they are!
I try to create a safe, relaxing space for my clients. I'd like to think although I believe in the holistic way, that people do see me as a very real person!
I'm based at Dr. Ulrich Bartels private practice, Castlebar, and also in Westport.

Stress plays such a big part with Fertility, I've witnessed it many time within my work. That's why Reflexology is a positive step in any couples journey.
This lady is not only an excellent reflexologist but an amazing person. She has such a passion for her craft & cares deeply about the wellbeing of her clients Spending an hour with her each week is a pleasure.
